Section 19

The revocation of the designation made under subsection (1)

shall take effect from the date specified in the notice.

The national critical information infrastructure sector lead shall notify the Chief Executive of the revocation made under subsection (1).

The Chief Executive may by notice in writing to the national critical information infrastructure sector lead which has been designated as a national critical information infrastructure entity under section 18, revoke the designation of the national critical information infrastructure sector lead if the Chief Executive is satisfied that the national critical information infrastructure sector lead no longer owns or operates any national critical information infrastructure.

The revocation of the designation made under subsection (4)

shall take effect from the date specified in the notice and shall not affect the appointment of the national critical information infrastructure sector lead under section 15.
