Section 14

No compensation shall be payable to any person for any loss incurred following the disposal by an officer of the Agency of any goods forfeited or deemed to be forfeited under this Act or the relevant written laws.

The cost of holding any goods or documents which is held in the custody of the officer of the Agency pending completion of any proceedings in respect of an offence under the relevant written laws shall be borne by any person who is convicted of such offence and shall be recoverable as a debt due to the

Government.
