(2)
A registered training institution which applies for the renewal of the practising certificate after the date of expiration of the practising certificate shall pay a prescribed late fee.
(3)
An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee and such information, particulars or document as may be determined by the Commission.

(4)
After considering the application, the Commission may—
(a)
approve the application and renew the practising certificate upon payment of a prescribed fee; or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
