(a)
register of registered energy managers;
(b)
register of registered energy auditors;
(c)
register of registered manufacturers and registered importers;
and
(d)
register of registered training institutions.
(2)
The Commission shall remove from the registers the name and other particulars—
(a)
of any registered energy manager or registered energy auditor—
(i)
who has died;
(ii)
who is unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties; or

(iii)
whose certificate of registration has been cancelled under section 30; and
(b)
of any registered manufacturer, registered importer or registered training institution—
(i)
which has gone into liquidation or has been wound up or otherwise dissolved; or
(ii)
whose certificate of registration has been cancelled under sections 20 and 36 respectively.
