Section 68

The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, subject to such conditions or restrictions as he may consider necessary or expedient to impose, exempt any building or class of building, any manufacturer or importer or class of manufacturer or importer or any energy-using product or class of energy-using product from any or all of the provisions of this Act.
