Subparagraph 9(1) of Schedule 3 to the principal Act is amended in paragraph (c) of the proviso, by substituting for the words “in writing addressed to the Director General”

the words “furnished to the Director General in the prescribed form in an electronic medium or by way of an electronic transmission in accordance with section 57a”.
