(2)
The Board may elect any member of the Council to be the chairperson of a committee.
(3)
The Board may appoint any person to be a member of any committee established under subsection (1).
(4)
A member of a committee shall hold office for such term as the Board may specify in his letter of appointment and is eligible for reappointment.
(5)
A member of a committee may, at any time, resign his office by giving a notice in writing to the Board.

(6)
Any committee established under subsection (1) shall be subject to and act in accordance with any direction issued to the committee from time to time by the Board and the Board may, at any time, discontinue or alter the composition of or dissolve the committee.
(7)
The committee may invite any person to attend any meeting of the committee to advise the committee on any matter under discussion but that person shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting.
(8)
The committee shall meet as often as may be necessary at the time and place as the chairperson of the committee may determine.
(9)
A committee shall cause—
(a)
minutes of its meetings to be maintained and kept in a proper form; and
(b)
copies of minutes of its meetings to be submitted to the Board as soon as practicable.
(10)
A committee may determine its own procedure and shall make the reporting to the Board accordingly.
(11)
A member of the committee and any person invited under subsection (7) shall be paid such allowances and other expenses as the Council may determine by a resolution of a simple majority of votes of the members present and voting in the general meeting.
