Section 20
The Council shall keep minutes of its proceedings including—
(a)
minutes of the meeting of the Board;
(b)
minutes of the general meeting of the Council;

(c)
papers considered for all resolutions in the meetings of the Board;
(d)
papers considered for all resolutions in the general meeting;
and
(e)
accounts and records of accounts as will sufficiently explain the transactions of the accounts to enable a true and fair balance sheet, income and expenditure statement and profit and loss statement to be prepared.
