Section 36

Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Director General may, in the interests of justice, provide legal companion services to a person who has attained the age of eighteen years if such person was a victim of any crime in any proceedings specified in the

Third Schedule and was still a child at the time such proceedings were commenced in court.
