Section 52

Notwithstanding subsection (1), where the Minister is satisfied that in any particular case of hardship it is in the interest of justice to do so, the Minister may authorize the

Director General or the Chief Public Defender to provide public defence services other than the proceedings specified in the

Fourth Schedule.
