Section 20
A registration shall be deemed to be revoked—
(a)
in the case of an individual, if the registered person is dead or becomes an undischarged bankrupt, whether within or outside Malaysia;
(b)
in the case of a company, if the registered person—
(i)
is wound up or otherwise dissolved, whether within or outside Malaysia; or
(ii)
has been struck off the register pursuant to the
Labuan Companies Act 1990 or the Companies
Act 2016, as the case may be; or
(c)
in the case of a co-operative society, upon the revocation of the registration of the co-operative society pursuant to the Co-operative Societies Act 1993.
