Section 76

The Chairman, every other member, the Secretary and any other officer of the Appeal Tribunal, while discharging their respective duties shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574], and to be public officers for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593].
