Section 88
Any person who contravenes any requirement or provision of this Act, commits an offence under this Act and, where no penalty is expressly provided, shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a)
in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both; or
(b)
in the case of a company, partnership, co-operative society or professional body, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit.
