(2)
Any licensed bank which fails to allow access to its books, accounts and documents or to give information or facilities in accordance with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars for every day during which the default continues.
(3)
For the purposes of an investigation under sections 33 and 34, all officers and employees of the Central Bank shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Codes applicable.
