Seksyen 218 Akta Syarikat 1965 adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan paragraf (j) subseksyen (1) dengan yang berikut:
(j)
the company has held a licence under the Banking Act 1973 or the Islamic Banking Act 1983, and that licence has been revoked or has expired and has not been renewed; or".
