Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 36(1), Akta Binatang 1953 (Disemak—2006)[Akta 647], saya, Azlan bin Man, Menteri Besar Perlis, mengisytiharkan Negeri Perlis sebagai suatu Kawasan Kawalan Penyakit Kuku dan Mulut; Dan bagi maksud itu, saya memerintahkan bahawa apa-apa jua pemindahan lembu, kerbau, biri-biri, kambing dan babi atau karkas binatang-binatang itu atau mana-mana bahagiannya ke dalam atau ke luar Negeri Perlis atau ke dalam mana-mana kawasan dalam Negeri Perlis adalah dilarang kecuali dengan kebenaran bertulis serta mematuhi syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Pengarah Perkhidmatan Veterinar Negeri Perlis; Adalah juga diperintahkan bahawa penyembelihan binatang-binatang itu hendaklah mematuhi syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Pengarah Perkhidmatan Veterinar Negeri Perlis. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 36(1) of the Animals Act 1953 (Revised—2006) [Act 647], 1, Azlan bin Man, the Menteri Besar of Perlis, declare the State of Perlis as a Foot and Mouth Disease Control Area; And for that Purpose, I order that any removal of cattle, buffaloes, sheep, goats and swine or the carcases of the animals or any part thereof into or out of the State of Perlis or into any area in the State of Perlis is prohibited except with the written permission of and in compliance with the conditions specified by the Perlis State Director of Veterinary Services; It is also ordered that the slaughter of the animals shall be in compliance with the conditions specified by the Perlis State Director of Veterinary Services.
