Semua permohonan untuk mendapatkan, membaharui, menukar atau memindahmilik lesen-lesen, menjual liquor yang memabukkan hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis dalam borang yang dinyatakan sebanyak empat salinan dan hendaklah dikemukakan kepada Pengerusi, Lembaga Pelesenan Daerah
Batu Pahat, yang beralamat di Pejabat Daerah Batu Pahat, Bangunan Tunku
Mahkota Ibrahim Ismail, Jalan Bakau Chondong, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor pada atau sebelum tarikh-tarikh yang berikut:

It is here by notified that the meetings of the Batu Pahat District Licensing
Board to consider the applications for obtaining, renewing, changing or transferring licences to sell intoxicating liquor will be held at Bilik Mesyuarat,
Pejabat Daerah Batu Pahat, Bangunan Tunku Mahkota Ibrahim Ismail, Jalan
Bakau Chondong, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor at 9.30 am or 2.30 pm on the following dates:
(i)
First quarter of the year 2019

on 5 December 2018

All the applications for obtaining, renewing, changing or transferring licenses to sell intoxicating liquor shall be made in writing in the prescribed forms in quadruplicate and shall be submitted to the Chairman, Batu Pahat
Licensing Board at Pejabat Daerah Batu Pahat, Bangunan Tunku Mahkota
Ibrahim Ismail, Jalan Bakau Chondong, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor on or before the following dates:
(i)
First quarter of the year 2019
