Seksyen 2

All applications for obtaining, renewing, changing or transferring licences to sell intoxicating liquor shall be made in writing in the prescribed forms in quadruplicate and shall be submitted to the Chairman, Segamat Licensing Board at Pejabat Daerah Segamat, Km. 5, Jalan Genuang, 85000 Segamat, Johor on or before the following dates:

(i)

First quarter of the year 2002

— on or before 13th December 2001.

(ii)

Second quarter of the year 2002 — on or before 18th March 2002.

(iii)

Third quarter of the year 2002

— on or before 17th June 2002.

(iv)

Fourth quarter of the year 2002

— on or before 16th September 2002.

(v)

First quarter of the year 2003

— on or before 24th December 2002.
