All applications for obtaining, renewing, changing or transferring licences to sell intoxicating liquor shall be made in writing in the prescribed forms in quadruplicate and shall be submitted to the Chairman, Batu Pahat Licensing
Board at Pejabat Daerah Batu Pahat, Tingkat 1, Bangunan Tunku Mahkota
Ibrahim Ismail, Jalan Bakau Condong, Batu Pahat, Johor on or before the following dates:
(i)
First quarter of the year 2001
—
on or before 8th March 2001.
(ii)
Second quarter of the year 2001— on or before 7th June 2001.
(iii)
Third quarter of the year 2001 —
on or before 6th September 2001.
(iv)
Fourth quarter of the year 2001 —
on or before 20th November 2001.
