Seksyen 15 Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan

“the Director General of Survey or other officer appointed by him to approve survey plans on his behalf” dengan perkataan

“the Director General of Survey and Mapping, the Director of Survey and Mapping or the Deputy Director of Survey and Mapping”.
