“Abetment of suicide or attempted suicide of child or person who lacks mental capacity
Kanun dipinda dengan menggantikan seksyen 306 dengan seksyen yang berikut:

Seksyen 306
Whoever abets the commission of a suicide or an attempted suicide by any person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.”.
