dengan menggantikan perkataan “before the departure of such aircraft, present to the proper officer of customs at the customs office” dengan perkataan “not less than two hours before the departure of such aircraft or such period as the Director General may determine, whichever is lesser, present to the proper officer of customs”; dan

dengan menggantikan perkataan “substantially in the prescribed form, certified by such pilot or agent, together with a duplicate copy thereof,” dengan perkataan “in the prescribed form and certified by such pilot or agent,”.
