Pindaan seksyen 74
Seksyen 74 Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subseksyen (7) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:
“ (7) Every auction sale shall be conducted—
(a)
by or in the presence of senior officer of customs;
or
(b)
electronically in the manner to be determined by the
Director General.”.
