Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Talang, Mukim Sayung, District of Kuala Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Community

Hall and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the

Kuala Kangsar Municipal Council.

[Subsection 62(1)]

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Taman Puncak Anggerik, Mukim Sungai Terap, Daerah

Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tanah lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Batu Gajah.
