In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965] and delegated to him by the State Authority under subsection 13(1) of the Act, the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore, hereby declares that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated in a certified plans of the particular lot and area so specified deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore, to be reserved for public purpose, to wit, a site for Solid Waste Disposal to be under the charge of the State Secretary of Johore, and to be maintained by The Tangkak

District Council and its successors in office.

Bahawasanya, melalui Warta kerajaan Johor Pemberitahuan No. 871/1936

bertarikh 26 Ogos 1936, petak tanah sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam jadual dan ditandakan atas Pelan Bil. 11620, yang disimpan di Pejabat

Pengarah Ukur, Johor telah dirizabkan bagi maksud awam, iaitu bagi tapak

Bangunan Kerajaan yang diselenggarakan oleh State Engineer Johor dan pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan;

Dan bahawasanya adalah didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak berkuasa

Negeri supaya perizaban yang tersebut dibatalkan setakat keluasan yang diperihalkan Dalam Jadual;

Dan bahawasanya notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang tersebut itu yang diperihalkan dalam jadual berserta dengan butir-butir mengenai masa dan tempat di mana suatu siasatan akan diadakan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian di Johor Bahru untuk mendengar mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu telah ditampalkan mengikut seksyen 433

Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965] dan juga telah disiarkan dalam

Warta Kerajaan Johor sebagai Pemberitahuan No. 3168 bertarikh 7 Disember 2006;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan un-tuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang tersebut itu yang diperihalkan dalam jadual;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah seksyen 64

Akta dan yang diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri di bawah subseksyen 13(1) Akta, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam jadual.

Whereas, by johore Government Gazette Notification No. 871/1936, published in the Gazette on 26 August 1936, the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated in Plan P.A. 11620, which is deposited in the office of the

Director of Survey, johore, was reserved of a public purpose, to wit, a site for Government Building reserve to be maintained by the State Engineer

Johore and his successors in office;

And whereas it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the reservation of the aforesaid land should be revoked;

And whereas notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Director in Johore Bahru to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with the provisions of section 433 of the National Land Code

[Act 56 of 1965] and was also published in the Johore Government Gazette as Notification No. 3168 on 7 December 2006;

And whereas no objection to the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation of the said land was received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the subsection 64 of the Act and delegated to him by the State Authority under subsection 13(1)

of the Act, the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.

Labour Lines yang diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Kerja Raya Negeri Johor dan pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan;

Schedule and delineated in Plan P.A. 11208, which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, johore, was reserved of a public purpose, to wit, a site for PWD Labour Lines to be maintained by the State Engineer Johore and his successors in office;

And whereas it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the reservation of the aforesaid land should be revoked;

And whereas notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Director of Lands and mines, Johore to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with the provisions of section 433 of the National

Negeri supaya perizaban yang tersebut dibatalkan setakat keluasan yang diperihalkan Dalam Jadual;

Dan bahawasanya notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang tersebut itu yang diperihalkan dalam jadual berserta dengan butir-butir mengenai masa dan tempat di mana suatu siasatan akan diadakan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor untuk mendengar mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu telah ditampalkan mengikut seksyen 433 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965] dan juga telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Johor sebagai Pemberitahuan No. 10991

And whereas notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Director of lands and mines,

Johore to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with the provisions of section 433 of the National Land Code

[Act 56 of 1965] and was also published in the Johore Government Gazette as Notification No. 10991 on 25 November 2010;

And whereas no objection to the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation of the said land was received;

And whereas notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Director of lands and mines,

And whereas no objection to the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation of the said land was received;

of the Act, the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
