Seksyen 2

Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], yang disebut

“Akta ibu” dalam Akta ini, dipinda dalam seksyen 2, dengan menggantikan takrif “President” dengan takrif yang berikut:

‘“President” means the President of the Court appointed under paragraph 21(1)(a) and includes the Deputy President of the Court appointed under paragraph 21(1)(aa);’.
