- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen (6) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], sebagaimana yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Penerimaan-pakai) 1986, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mewakilkan penjalanan atau pelaksanaan apa-apa kuasa atau kewajipan kepada Pengarah Perhutanan Negeri Terengganu di bawah seksyen 21 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984, Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Penerimaan-pakai) 1986 untuk pengeluaran lesen mengambil hasil hutan dan seksyen 33 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984, Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Penerimaan-pakai) 1986 untuk membenarkan pendudukan atau penjalanan aktiviti-aktiviti dalam hutan simpanan kekal untuk penubuhan insfrastruktur pembalakan. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1986, the State Authority hereby delegates the exercise or any power or duty to the Terengganu State Director of Forestry under section 21 of the National Forestry Act 1984, National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1986 to issuance of license to take forest produce and section 33 the National Forestry Act 1984, National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1986 to permit the occupation of, or the carrying out of activities in, permanent reserves forests to establishment of logging insfrasructures.
