Wang Tak Dituntut (Pindaan)
(a)
dalam subseksyen (1), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“the proper officer of such court having the control or custody of money paid into court” dengan perkataan
“the Registrar or any person appointed by the Minister under subsection 4a(2)”; dan
(b)
dalam subseksyen (2), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“any officer of the court or otherwise” dengan perkataan
“the Registrar or any person appointed by the Minister under subsection 4a(2)”.
