Section 34

Such of the definitions in section 2 of the Ordinance as are necessary to give effect to the extended provisions of the

Ordinance shall apply to those extended provisions.

Merchant Shipping (Amendment and Extension)

Where references are made in the extended provisions of the

Ordinance to other provisions in the Ordinance, such provisions of the Ordinance shall apply to those extended provisions to such extent as may be necessary to give effect to the extended provisions of the Ordinance.

Repeal of provisions in written laws of Sabah and Sarawak corresponding to the provisions of Parts III, IV, VI, VIII, IX and X of the Ordinance
