"Liability for bunker oil pollution
(a)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words "section 3" the words "or $ 3 \mathrm{~A} $";
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by inserting after the word "oil" the words "or bunker oil"; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words "section 3" the words "or $ 3 \mathrm{~A} $"; and
(c)
in subsection 2, by inserting after the word "oil" the words "or bunker oil".
