Section 19
Section 21k of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in the shoulder note, by deleting the words "an existing promoted activity or promoted product relating to"; and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for the words " (3), (4) and (5)" the words " (3) and (4)".
