Section 29
Section 26J of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (3)一
(i)
by deleting the words "in the production of a";
(ii)
by deleting the words "in the production of that"; and
(iii)
in the proviso, by deleting the words "in the production of that"; and
(b)
in subsection (4), by substituting for the words "subsection (1)" the words "this section".
