Minister, make regulations as may be necessary or expedient for—
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 159
the following section:
“Power to amend schedules 159a. (1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Commission, by order published in the Gazette, vary, delete, add to, substitute for, or otherwise amend any of the schedules in this Act.
(2)
The Minister in varying, deleting, adding or substituting any of the schedules referred to in subsection (1) may impose such terms and conditions as he thinks necessary.
(3)
In making the order under subsection (1), the Minister shall have regard to the interests of the public.”.
