of LEMBAGA PEMBANGUNAN INDUSTRI PEMBINAAN MALAYSIA (AMENDMENT) ACT 2011
Section 14
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 25
the following section:
“Accreditation of contractors 25A. (1) The Lembaga may accredit contractors in the form and manner prescribed under regulations made under this
Act.
(2)
The Lembaga may, for the purpose of the accreditation of contractors, impose such conditions as it thinks fit.”.
