Section 23
“Imposition of levy
The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 34
the following section:
“Levy payable as civil debt due to the Lembaga 34A. Notwithstanding any other written law, the amount of any levy payable under this Part shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Lembaga.”.
