Section 18
Section 49 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the word “authority”
the words “, any corporation”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “any local authority”
the words “, to any corporation”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “or local authority”
the words “or corporation”.
