Section 8

Subsection 36c(2) of the principal Act is amended—

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b);

by substituting for the full stop at the end of paragraph (c) the words “; and”; and

by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

“(d) two members of the Council to be appointed by the Minister.”.
