Amendment of section 31a
(a)
by substituting for the words “subparagraph 30(i)” the words “paragraph 30(1)(e)”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “restored to the Register”
the words “provided that a period of three years shall have elapsed since the order was made”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “subparagraph 30(ii)” the words “paragraph 30(1)(c)”.
