The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 4
the following section:

The Council shall have the following functions:
(a)
to register medical practitioners; and
(b)
to regulate the practice of medicine.”.
New sections 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h, 4i and 4j
