Section 19
Section 16 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
in paragraph (a), by inserting after the words “a parcel” the words “in Form 4”; and
(ii)
in paragraph (b), by inserting after the words
“a provisional block” the words “in Form 4a”;
and
(b)
in subsection (2), by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
“(b) an issue document of title, consisting of a copy of the register document to which shall be attached the copy of the certified strata plan or of the relevant folio of that plan prepared under paragraph 13(1)
(d)
:”.
