Seksyen 28
Seksyen 31 Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan subseksyen (4) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:
“(4) Any person who—
(a)
fails to make a report as is required under this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit;
(b)
fails to cause any animal or bird to be confined and isolated as is required under subsection (1) or permits the carcass of an animal to be moved contrary to subsection (2)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.”.
