Seksyen 56
“Brands or other identification marks applied to animals, etc.
(a)
dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (1) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(1a) Upon receiving the written permission from the Director General, such person shall apply for a permit to import into Peninsular Malaysia in accordance with MAQIS Act.”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan subseksyen (2) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:
“(2) Any person who contravenes this section shall be dealt with in accordance with MAQIS Act.”.
