Section 16
Section 12 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(b)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “Minister” the word
“Board”; and

(ii)
by inserting after the words “subsection 10(2)” the words “or made or confirmed the decision under paragraph 10(3)(b)”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “Minister” the word
“Board”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “he shall consider”
the words “it considers”.
