Subseksyen 16(2) Akta ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both”

dengan perkataan “shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years and not less than five years”.
