Except for section 78, this Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister of Finance by notification in the Gazette, and the Minister of Finance may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions of this
Act.
(3)
Section 78 comes into operation on the date of the publication of this Act in the Gazette.
