Section 2
The Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing
Act 2001 [Act 613], which is referred to as the “principal Act”
in this Act, is amended in the long title by substituting for the words “terrorist property and property involved in, or derived from, money laundering and terrorism financing offences” the words “property involved in or derived from money laundering and terrorism financing offences, as well as terrorist property, proceeds of an unlawful activity and instrumentalities of an offence”.
