Amendment of section 1
Subsection 1(1) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing
Act 2001” the words “Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism
Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001”.
