of ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND ANTI-TERRORISM FINANCING (AMENDMENT) ACT 2014
Section 35
Section 38 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
“Detention of property, document or information”;
(b)
by substituting for the word “seize” the word “detain”;
and
(c)
by substituting for the words “record, report or document”
the words “document or information”.
