of ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND ANTI-TERRORISM FINANCING (AMENDMENT) ACT 2014
Section 55
Section 61 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by inserting before the words “section 55” the words “subsection 28l(1) or”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the word “subsection” the words
“28l(2) or”; and
(b)
in paragraph (4)(b), by inserting after the words “subsection 4(1)” the words “or Part IVa,”.
