Section 65

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 75

the following section:

“Stay of proceedings 75a. Where there is a need to obtain evidence from a foreign State, the court shall, upon application by the Public

Prosecutor, stay the proceedings under this Act until such evidence is obtained.”.
